They pointed out to me emphatically that they were not responsible for this and sent me on to the next employees, who were also not responsible... only after my voice got a little louder did a young employee take pity and help me be ..... I am sorry for having bothered the employees with a customer request during their working hours

Very bad service. I obviously have an accent and tried to explain something to them on the phone and they showed no interest in understanding what I said. It's very sad to see how narrow-minded people are.

So far more than satisfied. The staff is outstanding. Update 2022 02 23 The young employee in the color division was in advice and competence -> 1A. Very arranged, without forcing anything on anyone, looking for alternatives and friendly.

Tidy hardware store with a wide selection of everything you need for the garden, construction and DIY sectors. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff throughout the market. I really enjoy shopping here for gardening and crafts. Everything great! Keep it up....
